Joseph Kemp is the Founder and President of KRR Construction, Inc. with nearly 22 years of experience. His main objective has been to provide diverse and affordable housing opportunities for multi-families recipients and the elderly. Over the course of his career Mr. Kemp has lead projects in apartment rehab and new home construction. He has a combined 15-year work experience with the City of Dallas and the Dallas Housing Authority where he spearheaded over $5 million in housing projects that included remodeling and ensuring code specifications for six commercial kitchens and interior renovations for fifteen apartment complexes.

Recognized for his dedication, astute business acumen, and quality results, Mr. Kemp received the 1994 Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce: Quest for Success Award, the 1994 Jarvis Christian College Pioneer Membership Award, and 1991 Recognition Award from former Texas Governor Ann Richards. Mr. Kemp is also a Board Member on the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. He serves as Chairman of the Tax Credit Committee and is a Member of the Finance and Audit Committees.
